Miami's oldest neighborhood, still under the trees.
Coconut Grove is a village of sailboats, banyans, and 1920s homes on the bay south of Brickell. It has the best tree canopy in the city, a walkable center that has been carefully rebuilt, and some of the strongest single-family values in Miami-Dade.
Buyers here want a real neighborhood: coffee on foot, sailing at the club, and top private schools within a mile. Homes range from bungalows on the Grove's back streets to bayfront estates along South Bayshore, and the condo market is small but excellent.
